Variations of Incomplete Open Cubes in Sound 2011
eight channel audio installation, loop, 100 × 100 × 220 cm

Sol LeWitt's Variations of Incomplete Open Cubes from 1974 became a graphic score for minimalist sound composition. Three-dimensional objects was transfered into two-dimensional scheme and from it back to three-dimensional sound composition. Each field of scheme became an unique sound piece and each row of 3–4–5–6–7–8–9–10–11 elements became a sound movement.

Spatial solution allows to enter into installation for better acoustic experience. For the sound composition white noise was selected for its neutral acoustic character – it can evoke test signal as well as sound of rain, sea tide, wind, etc.
